We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to help Tri-County Technical College advance its already robust Financial Aid function. The Director of Financial Aid will help author new solutions to meet the College’s needs including better integrating processes with other departments and third party providers as well as the development and implementation of new systems. This is a challenging and highly visible role that reports to the Vice President of Business Affairs. The ability to collaborate across the college, and work and think strategically will allow the right person to positively impact the lives and success of students in dramatic fashion. A Master’s degree plus 2 years’ experience in student services programs is required. Preferred qualifications include strong working knowledge of Title IV regulations and state financial aid policies and procedures; higher education knowledge and experience; 5 years’ experience in Financial Aid; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the College and with students and parents; strong analytical and business skills; expertise using student information systems.
