POSITION:   Student Services Program Coordinator I

DEPARTMENT:  Student Development Services

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday-8:00 am- 1:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Airport Campus

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: -
-Supervise the daily operations and personnel in the call center
-Disseminate accurate information to include financial aid application procedures, statuses, eligibility
requirements and satisfactory academic progress standards to students and potential students via        telephone and email.
-Assist in the planning and training of newly hired and existing call center staff
-Monitor and maintain the AskSFS email account
-Assist in the review and evaluation of documentation and resolve conflicts for students selected for the
  verification process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  A Bachelor’s degree. Preferred qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and two years related experience.

HIRING RANGE: $25,627- $36,520 Band 04. SC State Classification System . Excellent benefits program that includes: employer provided health, dental, and life insurance; paid holidays; sick and annual leave; and state retirement.
