Thank You, Veterans

Today is Veterans' Day.
It is a day to remember those who have sacrificed in times of war in order that our nation and our world might have liberty, freedom and security.
We remember our veterans, both those who risked their lives and those who gave their lives, so that we may live ours in peace and prosperity. We honor those who fought for our country; on the land, in the air and in the seas.
We thank our soldiers who fought, and in many cases died, not for malice or greed, but to protect the weak and uphold our most sacred beliefs, "that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
On this day...
We call to remember those who have served in our Armed Forces and laid down their lives in the ultimate sacrifice.
We call to remember all veterans who fought and survived, but will forever bear the memories and wounds of war.
We call to remember the families of those who have served, who have given so much to support our soldiers and who have also made great sacrifices.
We are indeed grateful for their service!
Thank you Veterans for all you have given.
