Register now for SCASFAA's Leadership Symposium (March 30)

This year's Leadership Symposium is geared toward mid-level Financial Aid Administrators.  We have two experienced professionals that will be speaking on March 30th as a pre-conference workshop.  Here is a note from Lisanne Masterson who will be doing a couple sessions: "Being a successful financial aid director takes more than managing programs and having a firm grasp of procedures and legislation.  It also takes understanding the people around you, having a clear picture of the future, having integrity, appealing to people's higher sense of purpose, having the ability to plan well, and being open to learning.  Good leaders are made, not born, but you must first believe in yourself and your abilities.  Come learn some tools of the trade to help you become a successful financial aid director."
Dr Ed Miller the other Leadership Symposium speaker will discuss the history of the financial aid profession, how it has evolved into what it is today, and why it’s important to be a campus leader (not just in the FA office).

Come join us for the Leadership Symposium on March 30th.  You can register  at www.scasfaa.org.  If you've already registered you can go back to the scasfaa site and add this pre-conference workshop to your registration.

Cost: $20 (Lunch not provided)
