Financial Aid Quality Assurance Coordinators ensure compliant management and maintenance of program and student documentation; execute processes for collection and transmission of data in a timely and accurate manner; deliver exceptional customer service; and maintain professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility at all times. Job duties occasionally require work performed in the evening and on weekends. Some travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 1 year higher education student financial aid experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Banner student information management system; Strong working knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.

The Tri-County Technical College service area includes Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The main campus is located in historic Pendleton, South Carolina; branch campuses are located in the nearby cities of Anderson, Easley, and Seneca.
