Both the
Senate and House are expected to pass a six month Continuing Resolution (CR) for
FY 2013 which would fund all discretionary programs through March 27, 2013. The
programs would be funded 0.6% above FY 2012 levels. This would mean no new
programs would be started and no programs would be eliminated. Please see the
